Full-Service Plan

This is a start-to-finish seamless election solution. A dedicated account manager will guide the overall election plan with your staff, ensuring comprehensive success of the election process. The project manager is responsible for executing the election plan, and has extensive knowledge of your specific election requirements, services required and the equipment/software to be used. The project manager will be on site, which means no delays, more efficient elections, quicker access to data and faster ballot information for printers and candidates.

+ System Installation

RMB and the county will determine acceptance testing requirements to ensure acceptance by the customer. RBM will complete an acceptance testing form that the customer may sign off on indicating that all hardware and software was delivered and functioning as outlined in the contract.

+ Software/Firmware Upgrades

RBM will notify the customer whenever a software or firmware update has been released and provide the customer with a complete description of the update and training if requested. In addition, RBM will install the firmware/software as part of the annual maintenance contract.

+ Equipment Preventative Maintenance

RBM provides ongoing service for your election equipment. We use only qualified professionals that thoroughly maintain and service your election equipment. Preventative maintenance of all equipment is conducted once a year.

+ Project Management

Upon award of the contract, the process will begin with the project manager meeting with the county, reviewing the schedule/deliverables and customizing the needs to the county. The assigned project manager will be with the county through the entire election cycle from contract award until election certification. The project manager will be responsible for coordinating all necessary personnel to complete the tasks identified.

+ Customized Documentation

RBM will provide training materials and assist the county staff with developing customized documentation for educating county staff, poll workers and voters.

+ Phone Support

RBM will provide phone support regarding questions and/or trouble shooting for any given election.

+ Customer Training

RBM will provide thorough training to all county staff regarding equipment, software and hardware.

+ Poll Worker Training

RBM will work with the county staff and determine poll worker training requirements. RBM offers Train the Trainer programs or can conduct the actual poll-worker training.

+ Voter Outreach

RBM will discuss with the county staff ways to educate the voters on the new tabulation system. Examples include mailers demonstrating the system to community groups, demonstration video on website, etc.

+ Election Programming

RBM, in conjunction with the county, will create a master database, code and layout the ballot, conduct initial testing, submit ballot proofs to the county, receive official proof acceptance and prepare all media needed for testing.

+ Test Deck Preparation

RBM offers various automated options for test deck preparation along with a tally report (expected results outcome).

+ Logic and Accuracy Testing/Public Test

RBM, along with the county staff will develop a test plan, conduct in-house testing, analyze test results and assist with the public test of the equipment.

+ Early Voting Support (In Office/Satellite/Vote Centers)

RBM can provide the county with on-site support for early voting whether it be in office, at satellite locations or vote centers.

+ Absentee Processing

RBM can assist the county with the absentee ballot printing (ballot on demand) and processing functions.

+ Election Day Support

RBM will provide personnel from the opening of the polls to completion of tabulation. RBM personnel are there to answer questions, troubleshoot issues and accumulate the election results.

+ Election Day Reporting

RBM can provide the county with customized reports based on the county’s needs.

+ Post-Election Canvassing/Activities

RBM personnel will assist with post-election activities such as processing provisional ballots and canvassing election results.

+ Election Certification

RBM will be on site for the official certification of the election results.
